Ostrava, the headquarters of Cylinders Holding, had a rare visitor during the cold January days - colleagues from the Dubai branch of Cylinders Holding arrived for training. Interview with Moideen was very successful, so today we bring you article where we asked Saphaldeep a few sentences about what exactly he does here and what he thinks about our city:
- Can you introduce yourself?
I’m Saphaldeep Singh working with Cylinders Holding in Dubai branch. - Whats exactly your position and your daily work in Dubai?
In Dubai branch, I’m working on the position of Technical Design Manager. My main role is to design new bundles as per customer requirements as well as give support to our sales team to clarify technical doubts. - What were you doing in Ostrava?
We are attending training to get certified in Acoustic emission testing level 2 as per EN 9712 - How long you were there?
We we here in the Czech from the beginning of January until 29th of January 2023. - Do you like the city?
Yes, we liked the city, the weather is a little cool which gave us relaxation from the hot weather, it’s just a refreshment for us from a warmer environment. Secondly, we met our colleagues from Vitkovice Cylinders who had been working with us in UAE for Acoustic emission testing. They treated us very nicely and brought us sightseeing in Ostrava. We appreciate them a lot. - Did you have time for some sightseeing in Ostrava? What do you like the most?
Yes, on weekends we often went some places such as Landek Park, Svet Techniky , Hutni mountain etc. which are wonderful. - What do you say on Czech cousine?
Actually, I’m pure vegetarian, it seems hard for me to try Czech foods. We found Indian restaurant in Forum mall which is good for us. - Did you visited Vitkovice Cylinders plant?Sure, we were here many times. It's good to see the plant where cylinders are made and also to meet our colleague from Czech - some of the we knew only online until our visit.
- How do you feel about working for Cylinders holding?
We are so happy while working with Cylinders Holding Group, at our Dubai office, we have a wonderful team there in which individuals have their own responsibilities, however, if we need any assistance from our colleagues everyone is ready to help each other either officially or personally, that makes a friendly environment around the workmanship and will give more liability to the work as well as the growth of the group.
